Hi George,

As you’ve already tried resetting from the back (which is the recommended course of action for this model based on the manual here – https://www.luxproducts.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/elv4_faq_en.pdf), my gut feeling is there may be a firmware issue or a hardware malfunction with the thermostat. I recommend contacting Lux support directly as they may be able to help diagnose the problem further or provide a replacement if still under warranty.

I changed the batterys and hit th reset button in the front and took it off the wall and hit the reset button on the back still doing the same thing please help, thank you
