Thanks for the message. You are correct in saying that the recent Lux app update has caused major issues for users. We do look at real world reviews however we wrote the article before that app update and haven’t had a chance to review it since.

I’ve updated the article to reflect the issue and dropped it down the list for future buyers.

You should look at real user reviews before writing a review article that ignores the real world performance of the product.
