I have a T6 thermostat installed at a second home. The phone app shows the thermostat offline, is there a way to reset the WiFi without being in front of the thermostat? Have confirmed the WiFi is working and it will be a while before I am back at the property and hope there is a way to do this with a PC rather than the app. Any suggestions?

I have a Model TH6320 WS2003 Date code may6*2019. lost wifi in power outage. Have X by internet icon. Can’t find information on how to get signal from internet back? Help

The instructions on your site worked! I needed to perform a factory reset on a thermostat (WiFi enabled 6000 series) but I could not find the instructions anywhere I looked, including manuals. The instructions here were quick and easy, thanks.

Potential correction for your steps: “Honeywell 6000 Wi-Fi models” step 6. Pressing down did not work for me, pressing up did. Step 7 I did not need to press and hold, just press.
